The Aesthetics Academy at CISC reserves the right to decline admission to any of it’s training courses

The Aesthetics Academy at CISC reserves the right to cancel or change the date and location of planned training courses and accepts no liability for any loss of earnings or expenses incurred by you or any of your models

Fees will be refunded only if a course is cancelled by the Aesthetics Academy at CISC and no alternative date is offered

Paying For Your Course

An invoice will be emailed to you. You can pay via paypal or credit/debit card. We cannot accept payment over the phone

You may pay for the course in full or an initial deposit of 50% of the balance with the final 50% to be paid no later than 3 weeks prior to the course date

Failure to do so may result in your place being cancelled and any payment already made will be non-refundable

Cancelling And Rescheduling Your Course

Fees are applied by us to take into consideration that the closer to the course date, the more difficult it is to fill the cancelled slot plus time spent sourcing models for each delegate

For Cancellations And Sickness

Cancellations made 28 calendar days before your course date will be refunded

Cancellations made 15-27 calendar days before your course date will be given a 50% refund

Cancellations made 14 calendar days before your course date WILL NOT be refunded

Changing Your Course Date

Changing the date between 8-21 calendar days before your course date incurs a 30% charge

Changing within 7 calendar days there is a 50% charge

Changing within 24-48 hours of your course date a 100% course fee is charged
